AstraZeneca is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us identify, attract and onboard the best talent for our organization. We are looking for an experienced recruiter who can build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers and bring enthusiasm, collaboration and creativity to our recruitment practices.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in a recruitment role, experience in a life sciences company, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for building relationships. An understanding of the recruitment process and knowledge of various sourcing techniques is essential. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, have excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects. Further, they will have an eye for detail, the ability to think strategically and to develop creative solutions to attract the highest quality of talent.
