We are looking for a driven and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join AstraZeneca’s team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening candidates, building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and managing onboarding processes.The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and/or human resources, possess a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be confident in your ability to build relationships, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
