  1. Manage study contracts for AstraZeneca, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  2. Review and negotiate contract terms with external vendors and partners to ensure favorable and fair terms for AstraZeneca.
  3. Liaise with internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, and clinical teams to ensure timely and efficient contract execution.
  4. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of AstraZeneca's policies and procedures related to contract management.
  5. Monitor contract performance and identify and address any potential issues or risks.
  6. Ensure all contracts are accurately tracked, documented, and maintained in the company's contract repository.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to contract management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to contract management.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for internal stakeholders on contract management best practices.
  10. Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports on contract management activities to management.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on contract management and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
  13. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Contract Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Contract Management, Preferably Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Stakeholders.

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Law And Regulations, With Experience In Drafting And Reviewing Complex Contracts.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Study Contracts And Vendor Relationships.
