Develop and execute statistical programming strategies for the Hematology team.
Provide technical expertise in statistical programming to support the development of innovative treatments.
Lead and manage a team of statistical programmers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of programming tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement statistical analysis plans.
Review and validate programming code to ensure high-quality and regulatory compliance.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in statistical programming.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Communicate programming strategies, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
Contribute to the overall success of the Hematology team by actively participating in team meetings and providing insights and recommendations.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Statistics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field With A Strong Emphasis In Hematology Research.
Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Statistical Programming And Analysis Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With At Least 3 Years Specifically In Hematology.
Expertise In Sas Programming And Statistical Methodologies, Including Cdisc Standards, Clinical Trial Design, And Data Analysis.
Proven Leadership Skills, Including Experience Managing A Team Of Statistical Programmers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Statistical Programming And Data Reporting In Hematology Clinical Trials.
