- Develop and execute statistical programming strategies for the Hematology team.
- Provide technical expertise in statistical programming to support the development of innovative treatments.
- Lead and manage a team of statistical programmers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of programming tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement statistical analysis plans.
- Review and validate programming code to ensure high-quality and regulatory compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in statistical programming.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Communicate programming strategies, progress, and results to internal stakeholders and external regulatory agencies.

Advanced Degree In Statistics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field With A Strong Emphasis In Hematology Research.
Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Statistical Programming And Analysis Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With At Least 3 Years Specifically In Hematology.
Expertise In Sas Programming And Statistical Methodologies, Including Cdisc Standards, Clinical Trial Design, And Data Analysis.
Proven Leadership Skills, Including Experience Managing A Team Of Statistical Programmers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Statistical Programming And Data Reporting In Hematology Clinical Trials.
