Lead and manage the statistical programming efforts for the Hematology division at AstraZeneca.
Develop and implement statistical programming strategies to support the development of new treatments in the field of hematology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical scientists to ensure high quality and timely delivery of statistical programming deliverables.
Provide expertise and guidance on statistical programming methodology and processes to support clinical trial design, analysis, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for statistical programming.
Manage and mentor a team of statistical programmers, providing training and development opportunities to maximize their potential.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality of statistical programming activities.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of statistical programming deliverables.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in statistical programming to drive innovation and adoption of best practices.
Represent the Hematology division in internal and external meetings, presenting statistical programming strategies and results to stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Statistical Programming Within The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Hematology
Strong Knowledge Of Statistical Programming Languages Such As Sas Or R
Experience Leading A Team Of Statistical Programmers And Managing Project Timelines
In-Depth Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Trials And Drug Development In The Hematology Field
