  1. Lead and manage the statistical programming team to support critical drug development programs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of statistical programming projects.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize statistical programming processes and improve efficiency.
  4. Review and validate statistical programming outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on statistical programming methodologies and best practices.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to statistical programming to ensure compliance.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for statistical programming activities.
  8. Participate in the selection and evaluation of statistical programming software and tools.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on statistical programming techniques and processes.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential risks or challenges in statistical programming projects.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of new statistical programming methodologies and tools.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful completion of statistical programming activities.
  14. Contribute to the development of clinical trial protocols and statistical analysis plans.
  15. Participate in regulatory submissions and assist with responses to regulatory queries related to statistical programming.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Statistics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Statistical Programming In The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Statistical Programmers

  • Proficiency In Sas Programming, Including Advanced Statistical Procedures And Macros

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Analysis, As Well As Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Clinical Trials.
