Oversee and monitor the manufacturing processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production processes
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes
Train and mentor junior team members on technical procedures and protocols
Analyze data and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from operators to senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into production processes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all production processes and procedures
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and participate in quality assurance activities
Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Research and Development and Quality Control, to support product development and testing.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Operations Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Expertise In Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practices) And Fda Regulations.
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Technical Operations Software And Systems, Such As Mes (Manufacturing Execution Systems) And Lims (Laboratory Information Management Systems).
