  1. Develop and maintain expertise in Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems to support clinical trial execution.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address the needs of clinical trial stakeholders.
  3. Serve as the point of contact for IRT system-related issues and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Participate in the selection and implementation of IRT systems for clinical trials.
  5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IRT processes and systems.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to IRT systems.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with IRT systems and escalate complex problems as needed.
  8. Provide training and support to users on IRT systems and processes.
  9. Monitor and analyze data from IRT systems to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in IRT systems to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration and operation of IRT systems.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery of IRT services.
  13. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Clinical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Clinical Background With A Deep Understanding Of Clinical Trial Protocols And Processes. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Design And Implement Irt Solutions That Meet The Specific Needs Of Global Clinical Trials.

  • Extensive Experience In Irt: The Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Managing Irt Systems For Global Clinical Trials. They Should Be Well-Versed In Irt Technologies And Have A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Irt Solutions.

  • Project Management Skills: The Specialist Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Be Able To Effectively Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Ensure Timely Delivery Of Irt Solutions.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Specialist In Global Clinical Solutions, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Clinical Operations, Data Management, And Technology Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Trials, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines. This Will Ensure That The Irt Solutions Developed And Implemented Are Compliant With All Regulatory Requirements.
