Job Description

  1. Provide support to the clinical trial team by assisting with site management and monitoring activities.
  2. Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with study protocols and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  3. Assist in the identification and resolution of any issues or challenges faced by the trial sites.
  4. Collaborate with the clinical trial team to review and analyze site data, including patient enrollment and study progress.
  5. Communicate effectively with site personnel, study coordinators, and investigators to ensure smooth and efficient trial operations.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized trial documentation, including study files and records.
  7. Participate in study meetings and provide updates on site activities and progress.
  8. Proactively identify and report any potential risks or concerns related to the trial sites.
  9. Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
  10. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in clinical trial management.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall success of the clinical trials.
  12. Uphold AstraZeneca's values and code of conduct in all interactions and activities.
  13. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  14. Complete all assigned tasks and projects within designated timelines and with high quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Or Clinical Research.

  • Knowledge Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations, Including Ich-Gcp Guidelines.
