Oversee the Marketing Company Operations Quality (MCOQ) team for AstraZeneca's operations in Denmark.
Develop and implement quality management strategies and initiatives for the marketing operations in Denmark.
Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceutical marketing.
Provide guidance and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor and maintain high quality standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
Serve as the Responsible Pharmacist for AstraZeneca's operations in Denmark.
Act as a liaison between AstraZeneca and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Mentor and train team members on quality management principles and best practices.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
Represent AstraZeneca at industry conferences and events to promote our commitment to quality and compliance.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's operations.
Collaborate with global quality teams to share best practices and ensure consistency across all AstraZeneca markets.

Job Qualifications

Strong Pharmaceutical Background: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Deep Understanding Of Marketing Company Operations And Quality Standards.
Extensive Experience In Quality Assurance: As A Senior Specialist / Responsible Pharmacist, The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Company.
