Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Conduct thorough and timely reviews of documentation, procedures, and processes to identify potential quality issues and ensure corrective actions are taken
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout the product development and manufacturing process
Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to continuously improve and refine quality assurance processes
Train and mentor junior quality assurance team members to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge within the department
Review and approve change controls, deviations, and investigations related to product quality and safety
Utilize statistical analysis and other quality tools to identify trends and patterns in data and make data-driven decisions
Communicate and collaborate with external partners and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and resolve any quality issues
Champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization through training, communication, and leading by example.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.
Knowledge Of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Cgmp), Fda Regulations, And International Quality Standards.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Systems And Processes, Including Quality Control, Quality Assurance, And Quality Improvement.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
