  1. Provide comprehensive HR services: The Senior Specialist will be responsible for handling all aspects of HR services, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and recruitment.
  2. Ensure a positive and efficient working environment: The Senior Specialist will play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive and efficient working environment for employees by addressing any HR-related issues and proactively implementing solutions to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  3. Stay updated on HR policies and procedures: The Senior Specialist will be responsible for staying up-to-date on all HR policies and procedures, both at a company-wide and regional level, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Support employee development and training: The Senior Specialist will work closely with managers to identify employee development needs and create training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Handle employee relations: The Senior Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  6. Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes: The Senior Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
