Lead and conduct cutting-edge research in the field of immunology and cell therapy to develop innovative treatments for diseases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, interpret results, and develop new strategies for therapeutic discovery.
Utilize advanced techniques and technologies to investigate immune cell biology and develop novel cell-based therapies.
Analyze and present data to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and potential partners.
Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and incorporate them into research and development strategies.
Manage and mentor junior scientists and research associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments and results in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in the preparation of scientific publications and presentations for conferences and meetings.
Collaborate with external academic and industry partners to advance research projects and identify potential collaborations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the laboratory.

Job Qualifications

A Phd In Immunology Or A Related Field With A Strong Publication Record Demonstrating Expertise In Cell Therapy Discovery.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Industry Experience In A Research And Development Setting, Preferably In The Field Of Immunology And Cell Therapy.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Lead A Team Of Researchers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Various Techniques And Assays Used In Immunology And Cell Therapy, Such As Flow Cytometry, Elisa, And Functional Assays.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Design And Execute Experiments Independently, As Well As Analyze And Interpret Complex Data.
