Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual with a strong background in pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and modeling and simulation. As a Senior Scientist, you will play a critical role in the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical pharmacology studies, ultimately contributing to the development of life-changing medicines for patients around the world. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and execute clinical pharmacometrics strategies to support drug development programs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies.
  3. Utilize modeling and simulation techniques to optimize drug dosing and inform clinical trial design.
  4. Analyze and interpret data from clinical pharmacology studies to support decision-making in drug development.
  5. Develop and maintain pharmacometric models and simulations to support drug development activities.
  6. Provide expert input on pharmacometrics-related issues to project teams and stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of clinical pharmacometrics and apply new techniques to drug development programs.
  8. Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions and participate in meetings with regulatory agencies.
  9. Mentor and train junior members of the team on pharmacometric principles and techniques.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and consultants to enhance pharmacometric capabilities.
  11. Represent the company and present at scientific conferences and meetings.
  12. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Clinical Pharmacometrics team.
  14. Support the company's mission to develop life-changing medicines for patients around the world.
  15. Participate in departmental and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Clinical Pharmacometrics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, And Modeling And Simulation Techniques.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Executing Pharmacometric Analyses To Support Drug Development And Regulatory Submissions.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Internal And External Stakeholders.
