Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scientist, Bioinformatics to join the AstraZeneca team. The successful individual will be a highly motivated and creative thinker, with a strong technical background in bioinformatics and a passion for life sciences and data-driven solutions. The Senior Scientist, Bioinformatics will be responsible for developing and applying innovative bioinformatics approaches in support of research projects, clinical trials and drug discovery efforts. They will collaborate closely with other scientists and software engineers to develop and maintain a suite of bioinformatics tools and data pipelines.To be considered for this role, you must have a PhD in bioinformatics, computer science, or related field, plus 5+ years of experience in bioinformatics roles. We are looking for someone who is excited about utilizing their expertise to support the development of cutting-edge data solutions for AstraZeneca.
