- Develop and implement patient safety strategies in line with company values and goals.
- Lead and oversee the execution of patient safety initiatives and programs.
- Evaluate and assess the safety profile of products throughout their lifecycle.
- Identify potential safety concerns and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and analyze safety data.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and healthcare professionals.
- Communicate safety findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior team members on patient safety processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging safety trends and provide input on their potential impact on patient safety.
- Participate in the review and approval of safety-related documents, such as risk management plans and safety reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in patient safety processes and systems.
- Act as a patient safety subject matter expert and provide guidance to colleagues and teams.
- Represent the company in patient safety forums and conferences.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient safety records.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Patient Safety Within The Pharmaceutical Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Guidelines, Including Fda And Ema Requirements
Strong Understanding Of Pharmacovigilance Processes And Risk Management Principles
Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
