- Develop and implement effective employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent for AstraZeneca.
- Lead and manage the Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, marketing, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and integration of employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor practices to inform and enhance AstraZeneca's employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Manage the budget and resources for employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Oversee the development of engaging and informative employer branding and recruitment marketing content for various channels, including social media, career websites, and job advertisements.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all employer branding and recruitment marketing materials and platforms.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience and attract diverse talent.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for AstraZeneca, promoting the company's values, culture, and mission to potential candidates.
- Communicate and report on the progress and results of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to senior leadership.
- Uphold and promote AstraZeneca's reputation as a leading pharmaceutical company in the healthcare industry.
