  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy for AstraZeneca.
  2. Lead the development of creative and innovative initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all recruitment channels.
  4. Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve and optimize our recruitment efforts.
  5. Utilize analytics and data to track the success and effectiveness of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment marketing efforts.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for AstraZeneca, promoting our company culture and values to potential candidates.
  8. Train and educate hiring managers and other team members on employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies and best practices.
  9. Effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for recruitment initiatives.
  10. Act as a mentor and leader to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
