- Design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
- Coordinate and facilitate company-wide learning initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.

Extensive Experience In Designing And Delivering Learning Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Learning Programs For A Large Organization. This Should Include Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Materials, As Well As Utilizing Various Instructional Methods And Technologies.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles: A Senior L&D Learning Specialist Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of How Adults Learn And Be Able To Apply This Knowledge To Create Engaging And Effective Learning Experiences. This Includes Knowledge Of Learning Theories, Instructional Design Models, And Evaluation Techniques.
Expertise In Learning Technologies: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With A Variety Of Learning Technologies, Such As Learning Management Systems (Lms), E-Learning Authoring Tools, And Virtual Classroom Platforms. They Should Be Able To Evaluate, Select, And Implement Appropriate Technologies To Support The Organization's Learning Objectives.
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders: A Senior L&D Learning Specialist At Astrazeneca Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Learning Projects Simultaneously, As Well As Working With Various Stakeholders, Including Subject Matter Experts, Managers, And Other L&D Professionals.
