As a Senior IT Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our IT projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and deliver innovative solutions. Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for all IT projects in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential quality, compliance, and operational risks.
Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality management system to continuously improve IT processes and practices.
Manage and oversee the testing and validation of IT systems and applications to ensure their effectiveness and compliance.
Monitor and report on key quality metrics to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate quality expectations and requirements effectively.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to IT quality management.
Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex It Projects Within Budget And Timeline Constraints.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
