Lead the development and execution of the strategic insights and analytics for the US Oncology Lung Franchise at AstraZeneca.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and sales, to optimize brand performance and drive business growth.
Utilize market research and data analytics to identify key market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Develop and implement insights-driven strategies and plans to support the launch and commercialization of new lung cancer treatments.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on market dynamics, brand performance, and business opportunities.
Monitor and analyze market and brand performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
Ensure alignment and consistency of brand messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of oncology and lung cancer to inform strategic insights and decision-making.
Manage and mentor a team of insights and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the organization, representing the US Oncology Lung Franchise in external meetings and conferences.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of insights and analytics strategies and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including adherence to AstraZeneca's code of conduct and ethical standards.
Drive a patient-centric approach in all activities and initiatives, keeping the needs and perspectives of patients with lung cancer at the forefront.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and methodologies for insights and analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges, proposing solutions to mitigate their impact on brand performance and business growth.
