- Lead and manage a team of scientists, researchers, and other professionals to execute precision medicine projects and initiatives.
- Drive innovation and stay updated on the latest advancements in precision medicine for cancer treatment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential precision medicine targets and biomarkers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, including academic institutions and research organizations.
- Provide scientific expertise and guidance to support the development and commercialization of precision medicine products.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscape related to precision medicine in the GI and CRC space.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the development and delivery of precision medicine solutions.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in precision medicine.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events related to precision medicine in cancer treatment.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Phd, Md) And At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Precision Medicine, Oncology, Or Related Fields.
Extensive Knowledge Of Gi And Crc Tumours, Including Molecular Mechanisms, Biomarkers, And Treatment Options.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Developing And Executing Precision Medicine Strategies.
Experience In Clinical Trial Design And Execution, Including Biomarker-Driven Trials.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Key Opinion Leaders And Regulatory Agencies.
