- Conduct and manage clinical trials in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee and monitor the progress of clinical trials, ensuring data accuracy and protocol compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and study site personnel.
- Train and mentor junior clinical research associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement study protocols and timelines.
- Review and analyze clinical trial data, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure that all study documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Communicate study progress and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to the study and develop mitigation strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory guidelines, and best practices in clinical research.
- Participate in key meetings and presentations related to clinical trials.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and safety standards in all aspects of clinical research.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of study activities and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the company and study sites, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical trials.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Clinical Research: Candidates For A Senior Clinical Research Associate Role At Astrazeneca Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting Clinical Trials And Managing Clinical Research Projects.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Gcp And Regulatory Guidelines: A Strong Understanding Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) And Regulatory Guidelines Is Essential For A Senior Clinical Research Associate At Astrazeneca To Ensure Compliance With Industry Standards And Regulations.
Excellent Project Management Skills: A Senior Clinical Research Associate Is Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Delegate Responsibilities Effectively.
