  1. Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for the rare disease portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, market access, and sales, to achieve brand objectives.
  3. Conduct market analysis and monitor competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges for the rare disease portfolio.
  4. Drive brand growth by developing innovative marketing campaigns and tactics.
  5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and internal teams.
  6. Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve brand goals.
  7. Utilize market research and data analysis to inform brand decisions and optimize brand performance.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on rare disease marketing and industry trends.
  9. Collaborate with global teams to align brand strategies and initiatives.
  10. Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate brand vision and performance.
  11. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  12. Stay informed of regulatory and compliance requirements and ensure brand activities adhere to guidelines.
  13. Represent the company and brand at industry conferences and events.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve brand performance through data analysis and insights.
