Develop and implement automated solutions for lab processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand lab processes and identify areas for automation.
Design, test, and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into automation processes.
Lead and mentor junior automation engineers in the team.
Create and maintain documentation for automated systems and processes.
Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of automated equipment.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges related to automation.
Collaborate with vendors to source and integrate new automation equipment.
Train lab personnel on the use and maintenance of automated systems.
