Conduct research and development projects using molecular biology and antibody engineering techniques.
Contribute to the discovery and optimization of novel antibodies for the treatment of various diseases.
Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and present findings to the team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and incorporate them into project plans.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
Comply with all company and industry regulations and standards.
Continuously improve and optimize laboratory techniques and processes.
Participate in scientific discussions and present findings at team meetings.
Mentor and train junior scientists in molecular biology and antibody engineering techniques.
Actively contribute to the writing and review of scientific publications and patents.
Represent the company at scientific conferences and events.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in company initiatives and promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.

Job Qualifications

A Phd In Molecular Biology, Immunology, Or A Related Field.
Extensive Experience In Antibody Engineering Techniques, Such As Phage Display, Hybridoma Technology, And Protein Expression.
Strong Knowledge Of Molecular Biology Techniques, Including Pcr, Cloning, And Gene Editing.
Previous Experience Working In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, Preferably In A Role Focused On Antibody Development.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team And Present Scientific Findings To Colleagues And Stakeholders.
