- Conduct in vivo experiments to evaluate the efficacy and safety of potential cancer therapies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute in vivo studies that support the development of new treatments
- Analyze and interpret complex data to drive decision-making and contribute to the development of novel therapies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of experiments and results in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
- Stay current with the latest advancements and developments in the field of oncology research and apply them to experimental design
- Troubleshoot and optimize experimental protocols to ensure high quality and reliable data
- Contribute to the writing and preparation of reports, presentations, and publications to communicate research findings
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members
- Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment and adhere to all safety protocols

Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Advanced Degree In Pharmacology, Oncology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In In Vivo Pharmacology, Preferably In Oncology Research
Proficiency In Designing And Executing In Vivo Experiments, Including Tumor Models And Pharmacokinetic Studies
Strong Understanding Of Drug Discovery And Development Processes
