  1. Conduct cell culture and fermentation experiments to support the development of new therapies.
  2. Perform data analysis and interpretation to contribute to the understanding of cell culture and fermentation processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and timelines.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of experiments and results.
  5. Troubleshoot and optimize cell culture and fermentation processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  6. Stay current with industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into work.
  7. Contribute to the design and execution of studies to evaluate the feasibility and scalability of new therapies.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
  9. Communicate results and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  10. Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
  11. Participate in scientific conferences and present research findings.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase quality and efficiency.
  13. Participate in the writing and review of scientific publications and patents.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support research and development efforts.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory space.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Biotechnology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cell Culture And Fermentation Techniques, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cell Culture And Fermentation Principles, Techniques, And Equipment Such As Bioreactors, Cell Lines, And Media Preparation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gmp And Other Regulatory Requirements For The Production Of Biologics And Pharmaceuticals.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
