Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Biotechnology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cell Culture And Fermentation Techniques, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cell Culture And Fermentation Principles, Techniques, And Equipment Such As Bioreactors, Cell Lines, And Media Preparation.
Strong Understanding Of Gmp And Other Regulatory Requirements For The Production Of Biologics And Pharmaceuticals.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Team Environment.
