Conducting research and experiments in the field of cancer immunology to develop novel therapies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in cancer immunology and incorporating them into project strategies.
Developing and implementing innovative approaches and techniques to further enhance research and drug discovery efforts.
Presenting research findings and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Writing and publishing scientific papers and articles in peer-reviewed journals.
Contributing to the preparation and submission of grant proposals to secure funding for research projects.
Mentoring and training junior scientists and interns in laboratory techniques and protocols.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of experiments and data in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and ethical guidelines in laboratory practices.
Collaborating with external partners and vendors to access new technologies and resources.
Actively participating in team meetings and discussions to provide insights and contribute to decision-making processes.
Representing the company at scientific conferences, seminars, and other events.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Immunology, Cancer Biology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cancer Immunology Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Immune Cell Biology, Tumor Microenvironment, And Mechanisms Of Immune Evasion.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Executing Experiments, Analyzing Data, And Presenting Results In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Strong Understanding Of Drug Discovery And Development Processes, Including Target Identification/Validation, Preclinical Studies, And Clinical Trials.
