Develop and maintain SAP QM applications in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP QM, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the quality and compliance of our products.
Provide technical expertise and support for SAP QM processes, including training and documentation for end users.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of SAP QM systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in SAP QM to continuously improve our processes.
Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP QM, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
Participate in project planning and execution, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
Monitor and report on system performance and utilization, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to support SAP QM systems and integrations.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sap Qm Module, Including Configuration, Implementation, And Support.
Extensive Knowledge Of Quality Management Processes And Best Practices In A Pharmaceutical Or Life Sciences Environment.
Experience With Other Sap Modules Such As Mm, Pp, And Pm, And Their Integration With Qm.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Related To Qm.
