Manage SAP Master Data: The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the management of SAP Master Data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data.
Ensure Data Accuracy: The SAP Master Data Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into the system, conducting regular audits and identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Drive Continuous Improvement: This role will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement within the SAP Master Data Management process, identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing best practices.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: The SAP Master Data Specialist will work closely with various teams, including IT, finance, and supply chain, to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems.
Develop and Maintain Data Standards: The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining data standards, guidelines, and procedures for all SAP Master Data Management processes.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Data Issues: In the event of any data issues, the specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
Train and Mentor Team Members: As an expert in SAP Master Data Management, the specialist will be responsible for training and mentoring team members on best practices and data management procedures.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: The role will require staying updated on SAP Master Data Management trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company is utilizing the most efficient and effective methods.
Ensure Compliance: The SAP Master Data Specialist will ensure compliance with all data privacy and security regulations and company policies.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Master Data Management.
Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices.
Excellent Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Sap Modules Such As Mm, Sd, And Fi.
Proven Ability To Analyze, Troubleshoot, And Resolve Complex Data Issues Within Tight Deadlines.
