- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for SAP analytics services.
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to improve data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing SAP analytics processes and systems and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP analytics services to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP analytics processes and systems.
- Train and support end-users on SAP analytics tools and technologies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP analytics to continuously improve and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the performance of SAP analytics services.
- Participate in project planning and implementation to ensure successful integration of SAP analytics solutions.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or risks related to SAP analytics services.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP analytics services and provide guidance and support to other team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Sap Analytics, Including Implementation, Support, And Troubleshooting.
Strong Understanding Of Data Warehousing Concepts, Data Modeling, And Data Integration Within The Sap Environment.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Gather Requirements, Design Solutions, And Deliver High-Quality Results On Time.
