Lead the delivery and implementation of AstraZeneca's SAP analytics platform, ensuring its successful integration and maintenance.
Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in SAP analytics to drive innovation and continuous improvement of our platform.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to understand their analytics needs and align them with the capabilities of our platform.
Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks to ensure timely and successful delivery of the platform.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential, providing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and integration of the analytics platform with other systems and processes.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SAP analytics, bringing new ideas and best practices to the team.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and data privacy requirements in the development and maintenance of the analytics platform.
Communicate project status, progress, and key insights to senior management and stakeholders, providing recommendations for future improvements.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Sap Analytics Platform: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sap Analytics Platform, Including Its Architecture, Capabilities, And Best Practices. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Sap Analytics Platform At An Enterprise Level.
Strong Project Management Skills: As A Delivery Director, This Person Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Implementation Of Sap Analytics Platform Projects At Astrazeneca. They Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams, Manage Timelines And Budgets, And Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry: Astrazeneca Is A Pharmaceutical Company, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Industry And Its Business Processes. This Knowledge Will Be Critical In Identifying And Implementing Relevant Solutions And Driving Business Value Through Sap Analytics Platform.
Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Will Involve Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And External Vendors. The Delivery Director Should Have Exceptional Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With These Stakeholders And Drive Alignment Towards Project Goals.
