Develop and implement data analytics strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives of AstraZeneca.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements for SAP analytics projects.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP analytics solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes and drive business growth.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP analytics projects.
Manage and prioritize tasks and resources to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Monitor and report on the performance of SAP analytics solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP analytics and incorporate them into AstraZeneca's processes and systems.
Train and mentor team members on SAP analytics tools and techniques, ensuring their proficiency and effectiveness in using them.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sap Analytics Or Business Intelligence Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Astrazeneca's Business Processes And Operations.
Proven Experience Leading And Managing Analytics Projects, Including Data Modeling, Visualization, And Reporting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
