Develop and implement data governance strategies and policies in alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards.
Oversee the delivery of analytics and artificial intelligence solutions, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and prioritize analytics and AI initiatives.
Monitor and report on the progress and results of analytics and AI projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Lead a team of data governance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.
Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP analytics and AI governance, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure data privacy and security standards are met.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the delivery of analytics and AI solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data governance processes and procedures.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, providing updates and recommendations on data governance initiatives.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Sap Analytics And Ai Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Various Sap Analytics And Ai Tools And Platforms, Including Sap Hana, Sap Bw/4Hana, Sap Analytics Cloud, And Sap Leonardo.
Extensive Experience In Governance And Compliance: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Governance And Compliance Frameworks For Sap Analytics And Ai Projects. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations, Such As Gdpr, And Experience In Data Privacy And Security.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Delivery Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Analysts And Developers. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Team Management Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Think Strategically To Identify Opportunities For Leveraging Sap Analytics And Ai To Drive Business Growth And Improve Decision-Making Processes.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. This Includes The Ability To Present Complex Technical Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
