  1. Develop and implement global regulatory strategies for AstraZeneca's portfolio of medicines.
  2. Lead and manage the Global Regulatory Strategy team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  4. Stay updated on changes in global regulatory landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient regulatory submissions.
  6. Represent AstraZeneca in interactions with regulatory authorities.
  7. Provide strategic input to product development teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  8. Review and analyze scientific data to support regulatory submissions.
  9. Monitor and report on the progress of regulatory submissions and provide updates to senior management.
  10. Identify potential regulatory issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  12. Mentor and train team members on regulatory processes and requirements.
  13. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and ensure continuous improvement of regulatory processes.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of regulatory strategies with business objectives.
  15. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  16. Represent AstraZeneca in industry conferences and events to enhance company's reputation and relationships with regulatory bodies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Oversee A Team Of Regulatory Professionals And Must Have The Ability To Lead, Mentor, And Manage Their Team Effectively.

  • Experience In Developing Global Regulatory Strategies: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Regulatory Strategies For Global Drug Development Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Role Involves Frequent Interactions With Regulatory Authorities, Key Stakeholders, And Cross-Functional Teams. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Negotiate Effectively To Achieve The Company's Goals.
