Real World Evidence Associate Director

We are searching for an experienced and motivated Real World Evidence Associate Director to join the team at AstraZeneca. This critical role will partner with the Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Health Economics and Outcomes Research teams to provide evidence-based insights to support the product life cycle. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.The Real World Evidence Associate Director will be responsible for designing and executing real world evidence (RWE) studies to support promotional, market access, and health economic strategies. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have exceptional analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. statistics, epidemiology, health economics) or equivalent experience• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry• 3+ years of experience in developing and executing RWE studies• Proven track record of successful project completion• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office• Knowledge of statistical software (e.g. SAS, R) is a plus
