  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of manufacturing processes and systems to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement.
  3. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues and ensure product safety and efficacy.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure quality standards are met at all stages of the product lifecycle.
  5. Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and initiate corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
  6. Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on quality assurance best practices and regulatory requirements.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and changes in regulations related to pharmaceutical quality assurance, and ensure company processes and procedures are updated accordingly.
  9. Participate in the review and approval of critical quality documents, including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols.
  10. Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory agencies, providing support and assistance during inspections and audits.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of quality assurance processes and systems.
  13. Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization, promoting a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential quality issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance, With At Least 2 Years Focused On Technical Testing.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies, Including Agile.

  • Experience With Test Automation Tools And Frameworks, Such As Selenium, Appium, Or Cucumber.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Testing Principles And Techniques, Including Test Design, Defect Management, And Performance Testing.
