- Lead and manage multiple research and development projects in the oncology field, from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables are established and communicated to all team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, clinicians, and commercial teams, to drive project progress and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Monitor project timelines and budget, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues that may impact project success.
- Facilitate regular project team meetings, providing updates, resolving conflicts, and ensuring all team members are working towards the same objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support project activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including ethical and safety standards, throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management, providing clear and concise information on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in oncology research and project management, applying new knowledge and skills to support project success.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Pharmaceutical Sciences, Oncology, Project Management)
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In Oncology R&D
Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Regulatory Requirements Within The Oncology Space
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels
