  1. Lead and manage multiple research and development projects in the oncology field, from conception to completion.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables are established and communicated to all team members.

  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support project activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including ethical and safety standards, throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management, providing clear and concise information on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in oncology research and project management, applying new knowledge and skills to support project success.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field (E.g. Pharmaceutical Sciences, Oncology, Project Management)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In Oncology R&D

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Regulatory Requirements Within The Oncology Space

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels
