  1. Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis, supplier evaluations, and negotiation tactics.

  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  10. Adhere to all company and regulatory policies and procedures related to procurement.
  11. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the procurement department.
  12. Support the company's mission and values through ethical and responsible procurement practices.
  13. Participate in vendor selection and evaluation processes to ensure the highest quality and most cost-effective goods and services are acquired.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of procurement processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Procurement Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Processes And Procedures, Including Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Relationship Management.

  • Proficiency In Using Procurement Software And Tools, Such As Sap And Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
