Manage and lead a team of professionals during the night shift operations.
Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of production processes.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.
Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve their skills and capabilities.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues related to production processes.
Continuously monitor and assess the performance of the team and take corrective actions as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on production processes and address any concerns.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines in the production process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to production processes.
Proactively identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve the overall efficiency of production processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative techniques and technologies into production processes.
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Previous Leadership Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Team Lead Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Setting. This Experience Should Showcase Their Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Strong Communication Skills: A Process Leader Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Their Team, As Well As Other Departments And Management. This Includes Providing Clear Instructions, Addressing Any Issues Or Concerns, And Providing Updates On Production Progress.
Technical Knowledge: Astrazeneca Is A Pharmaceutical Company, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Production Processes And Equipment Used In The Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Other Relevant Regulations.
Problem-Solving Skills: As A Process Leader, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Addressing Any Issues That Arise During The Night Shift. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Abilities And The Ability To Think Quickly And Critically.
Flexibility And Adaptability: The Night Shift Can Present Unique Challenges, So The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Circumstances And Be Flexible In Their Approach. They Should Also Be Able To Handle A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Work Environment.
