  1. Develop and optimize processes for innovative cell therapies.
  2. Utilize strong engineering skills and knowledge to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge therapies.
  3. Work closely with the Cell Therapy Process Development team to design and implement efficient and effective processes.
  4. Conduct research and experiments to identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges in the process.
  5. Analyze data and results to make informed decisions and recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new processes.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in cell therapy to continuously improve processes.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all processes, experiments, and findings.
  9. Adhere to all safety and quality standards while performing experiments and developing processes.
  10. Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to provide updates, share findings, and address any concerns.
  12. Participate in team meetings and provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
  13. Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members on processes and procedures.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission while representing AstraZeneca in a professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Development For Cell Therapy Products

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Regulated Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Cell Therapy Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Including Cell Expansion, Purification, And Cryopreservation Methods

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Design And Execute Experiments And Troubleshoot Process Issues.
