Job Description

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for Specialty Care CVRM, you will play a crucial role in promoting our cardiovascular, renal and metabolic disease products to healthcare providers and ultimately, making a positive impact on patient outcomes. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, specifically in the specialty care space.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote AstraZeneca's cardiovascular, renal and metabolic disease products to healthcare providers in the specialty care space.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in healthcare facilities, including physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational programs to increase awareness and understanding of AstraZeneca's products.
  4. Utilize market and competitor knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales tactics.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment in sales approach and messaging.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for AstraZeneca, representing the company's values and commitment to improving patient outcomes.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitor products, and regulatory changes that may impact sales and product positioning.
  9. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  11. Attend conferences, seminars, and other events to network and promote AstraZeneca's products.
  12. Continuously enhance product and disease state knowledge through self-learning and participation in training programs provided by the company.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  14. Conduct all business activities with integrity, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  15. Represent AstraZeneca in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacology, Biology, Or Life Sciences.

  • Prior Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Specifically In The Cardiovascular, Renal, And Metabolic Therapeutic Areas.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Current Market Landscape And Competitive Products In The Cvrm Space.

  • Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Kpis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Pharmacists, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
