  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for promoting AstraZeneca's respiratory products to healthcare professionals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
  3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the pharmaceutical industry, including market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
  4. Utilize strong product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of AstraZeneca's respiratory products to healthcare professionals.
  5. Attend and participate in industry conferences, tradeshows, and other events to network and promote AstraZeneca's products.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  7. Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent AstraZeneca's values and mission in all interactions.
  9. Continuously educate yourself on new products, industry developments, and best sales practices to ensure maximum effectiveness in the role.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
  12. Represent AstraZeneca at industry events and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  14. Serve as a brand ambassador for AstraZeneca and promote a positive image of the company at all times.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales tools to support product sales.
  16. Conduct product training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure a thorough understanding of AstraZeneca's respiratory products.
  17. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of AstraZeneca's respiratory products and make recommendations for improvement.
  18. Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience, Preferably In Respiratory Specialty

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth
