- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote and sell AstraZeneca's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the R&I Primary Care market.
- Utilize your strong sales background and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry to increase product awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and medical affairs, to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans.
- Continuously monitor and track sales performance and use data to inform and adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Attend and represent AstraZeneca at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and network with potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about our products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to ensure compliance and ethical business practices.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Or Chemistry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In Primary Care.
Strong Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Its Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
