As a CVRM Primary Care specialist, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our innovative and life-changing products to healthcare professionals.   1. Promote and sell AstraZeneca's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Bakersfield, CA area.
  2. Utilize strong knowledge and experience in the cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic therapeutic area to effectively communicate the benefits and features of AstraZeneca's products to potential customers.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop appropriate sales strategies.
  6. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of AstraZeneca's products.
  7. Ensure compliant and ethical conduct in all interactions with healthcare professionals, in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  8. Keep up-to-date with clinical data and scientific knowledge related to AstraZeneca's products and the CVRM therapeutic area.
  9. Track and report sales data and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for future sales activities.
  10. Represent AstraZeneca at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and promote products.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably Within The Cardiovascular And Metabolic Therapeutic Area.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Bakersfield, Ca Market And Existing Relationships With Key Healthcare Providers In The Region.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
