  1. Coordinate and execute packaging activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure proper labeling, coding, and packaging of all pharmaceutical products.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of packaging materials and supplies.
  4. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity and compliance with regulations.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any packaging issues or discrepancies.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient packaging production.
  7. Train and mentor new packaging team members on company procedures and safety protocols.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of packaging processes and procedures.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  10. Comply with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of packaging equipment.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in packaging technology.

  14. Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols for all pharmaceutical products.
  15. Continuously monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in packaging areas.
  16. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to packaging processes.
  17. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.
  18. Stay informed about current regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceutical packaging.
  19. Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  20. Act as a role model for safe work practices and promote a culture of safety among team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Packaging Development And Design Within The Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Processes, And Regulations For Pharmaceutical Products.

  • Proficiency In Packaging Design Software Such As Artioscad Or Solidworks.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
