- Process Purchase Orders (POs): The P2P Associate Analyst will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing POs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships: This role will involve communicating with vendors to resolve any issues related to orders, invoices, and payments.
- Ensure compliance: The P2P Associate Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies: This position will require the candidate to review invoices and identify any discrepancies or errors, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders: The P2P Associate Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders such as procurement, finance, and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchases and payments.
- Maintain accurate records: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities: As a member of the P2P team, the candidate will be expected to identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in audits: The P2P Associate Analyst will assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to purchases and payments.
- Train and mentor new team members: The candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable and capable of performing their job duties effectively.
- Support special projects: The P2P Associate Analyst may be required to assist with special projects related to procurement and payment processes, as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Accounts Payable, Procurement, Or Financial Analysis.
Strong Understanding Of P2P Processes And Systems, Preferably With Experience Using Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Financial Data.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
