- Promote and educate healthcare professionals about AstraZeneca's products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Provide accurate and timely product information to healthcare professionals and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales strategies.
- Attend and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and other events to network and promote AstraZeneca's products.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously update and improve product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of AstraZeneca's products.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Represent AstraZeneca with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Contribute to team meetings and share best practices to support the overall success of the sales team.
- Travel to various locations within assigned territory to meet with healthcare professionals and conduct sales meetings.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador for AstraZeneca and uphold the company's values and mission.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Pharmaceutical Science, Biology, Or Chemistry.
Previous Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales Or Marketing, Preferably In The Medical Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Convey Complex Medical Information.
Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Regulations And Compliance Standards.
