- Provide strategic leadership in patient safety, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products meet the highest safety standards.
- Serve as the primary medical expert in patient safety, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement proactive risk management plans to mitigate potential safety concerns.
- Conduct thorough and timely safety assessments, including analysis of adverse events and safety data.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in patient safety to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Lead and/or participate in safety committees and cross-functional teams to review safety data and make recommendations for product development and commercialization.
- Provide medical input and support for safety-related documents, including clinical protocols, investigator brochures, and safety reports.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and providing education on product safety.
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other industry events to stay updated on the latest safety practices and maintain a strong network.
- Mentor and train junior team members on patient safety processes and procedures.

Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution, With A Specialization In Patient Safety And Risk Management.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Senior Leadership Role In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Patient Safety And Pharmacovigilance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Patient Safety And Drug Development.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Patient Safety Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
